New subject: recent change to xemacs-devel package

        calm down please.

this was an accidental commit; the patch was posted as part of the large patch
to the entire packages hierarchy.  i did indeed test it, but in the context of
the whole patch.  i apologize for accidentally commiting this; it's been
reverted.

 and please test you changes before you commit to the packages tree
 or send patches for aproval if you are not going to test your changes

 i also realise ville has said comitting to packages cvs is ok if the
 MAINTAINER is xemacs developers but this doesnt mean comoiting changes
 without testing them first
