These options are a party of four different builds that is thought to
test the build. They are not an example of a good set for a user.
If your goal is to get a working xemacs under windows I thought it
would be a good idea to look a set of options that do get a working
build and then change your configuration to go in that direction.
I think my configuration of the xemacs I use on windows just has
--with-mule as option. I can give you the details later, I'm not on
that machine now. But then I haven't installed X-windows under
cygwin. So you might be better of with --with-mule --with-x=no. I
think you should install the graphics libraries as well.

Great. The load control I can provide is just to build one of the four
builds at the time.
You will need to install the buildbot buildslave and get some info
from me. I haven't documented how I installed the buildslave on
Windows but I think I can create a description if you feel you want
one. The generic description, which should work, is here:
http://trac.buildbot.net/wiki/RunningBuildbotOnWindows
but I think is was even easier than that. For one thing I used python
installed with cygwin.
