Modulo the fact that _everything_ sucks on Windose telnet, I've found
Japanese usable on Windose telnet. That's a little bit more
surprising than the fact that is works also on kon2, the Japanese
console used on linux not a true kernel console), which is not at all
surprising; that's probably where most Mule TTY stuff was developed.

What do you mean? I'd like to try it, but have no idae how to use
non-ASCII consoles.
