That option would be difficult for me to implement so that it is
exactly the same as ispell. Exactly what does the ispell package use
this information for?
A quick check of my local install says... nothing.
The only place that this function is called, the return value is
ignored. Thus it does not matter what is returned by `-vv' from aspell,
at least to the ispell package.
Alternately this makes me wonder if it is really necessary for the
package to try and obtain this value at all.
