Not me.
I don't consider it a bug in Debian since it's clearly their policy
and they have a workaround designed for exactly this situation. It's
not our problem as long as it's documented in PROBLEMS and tested for
in ./configure.
We have to do that anyway, cf. Stefanie Teufel's lossage on a Red Hat
system.
