Let all rejoice! I have traced the failures in CVS on BSDi down to
(are you ready for this?) a y2k bug. *snicker* Now CVS passes all
tests, plus a few more I thought of to check y2k boundary problems.
So... after consultaion with SteveT our illustrious release manager,
I have decided to update and hope that this fixes all of the complaints
recently. This will happen at 4pm JST (approximately 45 minutes from
now), and I'll stop the pserve process, lock the tree, and update.
Please, let me know if there are any new problems, although I really don't
expect any. After a week, I'll look into outstanding issues with
cvs.xemacs.org.
