Hi, next week I'd like to announce a new version of my hm--html-menus package. I've changed some things, like the places were special files will be searched - they are now searched in package specific etc directories and no longer in the main etc directory. Because of the new packaging system of the XEmacs I've some questions: 1. Are there any descriptions, tools, examples etc. how to build a package tar file? 2. What is the prefered way to provide the new version to the XEmacs development team? Should I - put the original tar file on ftp.xemacs.org ? - build a XEmacs package file and put it on ftp.xemacs.org ? - put it in the CVS tree and check it in (no idea, if I've the permissions to do that)? - send patches[1] (diffs against the CVS tree)?
