When you say you can load either cygwin or native xemacs, say what the
difference is (why would you use one over the other)? I still don't
know. Where is this explained?
Under "benefits of cygwin", it says to download if possible. This just
confuses the issue. Just say you MUST download cygwin if you want to use
the following tools in xemacs.
Also, say you MUST have the cygwin/bin dir in your PATH or it sill won't
work (at least I had to do this with WinXP).
I used the uninstall option in xemacs. The 1st window comes up but I
can't read the buttons since only the top part of the buttons show & I
can't increase the size of the window. I chose the 2nd button since it's
border was hilited. I guess xemacs was uninstalled (the desktop icon went
away), but there sure were a lot of files still on my disk.
Thanks for putting this all together. It's great having xemacs.
