Are you sure that his patch was for gcc-3? Or maybe his patch never got applied
to CVS? It's been a *long time* since I've been able to build a working xemacs
on cygwin (either 21.4 or 21.5) without --pdump, and I'm pretty sure it started
when I switched to gcc-3.
