Unfortunately the X version does not generate "alt-press-only" events
that you could bind to accelerate-menu.
No, but you can use relabel-menu-item in conjunction with
menu-accelerator-modifiers and menu-accelerator-prefix to get
Windows-style behaviour. Given that XEmacs binds most of the
Meta-modified codes, it helps if you have an Alt key as well.
