cd into those directories you like and run make only there.
I don't want to do that (but that's what I do now).
Or play around with XEMACS_PACKAGES in Local.rules.
That's what I'm complaining about. Only `make install' handles
XEMACS_PACKAGES correctly. `make' won't.
