Both Emacsen basically use the same time representation: Standard
Unix
seconds since 1/1/1970. FSF Emacs allows a negative number of seconds.
XEmacs just a positive number. I am not sure whether that is
intentional or just an oversight.
I don't know. The representation of times in XEmacs needs to be
revisited now that we have larger integers and the fact that we have
to deal with the y2038 problem eventually.
