I just built a binary of 21.0-b52 on nt and then transported it to a win95 machine. On the win95 box it hangs whenever it tries to make a socket connection. I know perl has a similar problem with sockets on 95 so I assume it's a 95 problem and not an xemacs problem. I'm wondering if anyone else has also seen this and knows a work around or if it also happens on 98.
