Hi I am running 21.4.3 on W2000 with MKS ksh as a log shell. When I start a shell I get: Forked child base mismatch: 2000000 1000000! It only happens with a log shell and only with the default profile.ksh and environ.ksh. Further, if there are no $HOME/profile.ksh or $HOME/environ.ksh files, then these messages appear, but the command prompt also appears afterwards. If there are $HOME files, then the prompt does not appear and the shell just hangs. MKS say it isn't them. Any ideas anyone?
