Ispell+Flyspell with UTF8 fonts

It would appear that flyspell-post-command-hook doesn't expect
something about those arguments. If the command-based (M-$) interface
to ispell works OK, I'd say it's definitely a bug in that hook
function. Otherwise IMO it is still most likely a bug, but harder to
localize.
Please check if M-$ works.
