I cannot duplicate this. When I do it, it inserts the selected element.
Do you have anything in your .emacs that might be affecting the behavior
of psgml? Do you have any Customize settings for psgml?
Is this apart from the .emacs file? In there are only the autoloads for
sgml-mode and xml-mode. I know of nothing else that relates to psgml.
Some more on the refusal to insert elements. If I use the Button-3
popup menu, which calls `sgml-tags-menu', I get the same list of
available elements, and the selection works; the element is inserted.
