Never seen that.
Are you using some new stuff? (Your build path contains the string
xemacs-packages-extra so it might be something non standard!?) I'm
normally very up to date with the packages and I can't find the :risky
keyword anywhere.
A security issue was discovered in GNU Emacs in EDE a year ago, and the
fix was to not automatically load EDE projects. That's a bit
inconvenient so a variable, ede-project-directories, was introduced to
list safe directories. That variable is listed as :risky with
defcustom. The defcustom doc in Emacs says:
:risky Set SYMBOL's `risky-local-variable' property to VALUE.
:safe Set SYMBOL's `safe-local-variable' property to VALUE.
That setting is in both GNU Emacs, and CEDET from CEDET's bzr
repository, and is in CEDET 1.0.1 and later.
I'm assuming that is the file coming in with :risky option.
