I think the problem with the message is that it does not explain
what
exactly the robot is looking for. I sent a couple of patch files as
attachments (maybe that is the problem?) about a week ago and received
the message. I have since received no reply, so I must assume the
message was ignored.
Since they were very simple patches, and probably already fixed, in my
case it is not a problem. However, having the first patch you send
ignored is a real disinsentive to sending patches.
