Re: [Bug: 21.5-b28] mswindows-short/long-file-name builtins are erroneously declared interactive

M-x mswindows[TAB] offered a couple of weird commpletions, namely `mswindows-short-file-name' and `mswindows-long-file-name'. They shouldn't have an interactive spec, at least until they do something useful interactively.
