I'd love it and so would the rest of the Emacs maintainers, I'm sure
(we'd even get a CCL documentation to boot), but I think
it would get bogged down in copyright problems. Unless all contributors
to those parts of the manual have (or are willing to) signed the relevant
legal blabla.
