USE_PORTABLE_DUMPER=0
and see if it helps. (Setting it to 1 caused my build process to fail
with similar symptoms, too the last time I tried)
This seems to have worked. So can we then assume that the portable
dumper is broken in Windows? Who takes care of this?
(And until it's fiexed can I make the suggestion that someone turn it
OFF as the default in nt/config.inc.samp?)
