Don't know if it's a bug
Hello,
First: thanks for XEmacs. I think it's fabulous.
This seems like a bug to me but it might just be user error. I'm on Red
Hat Linux 7.3, XEmacs 21.4 Patch 6. Whenever I scroll the screen up or
down, the mouse jumps to the top right corner of the frame (not just the
window!). It happens whether I use the mouse or the keyboard to scroll.
