Yes, all of that info is taken from the faces now. These slots are not
actually used (or set) anywhere since the change to toolbar-x.c to use
toolbar-common.c.
It seems not to be working. I use this X resource.

It's being picked up in 21.4.8. It's not being picked up in 21.5.
