21.4.10: files.el
(possibly duplicate sent message)
21.4.10 on attempting to update packages, warning message
indicates that 'allow-remote-paths' is neither set nor defined
function called from packages-ui.el to file-remote-p in files.el
I think the problem is that previously "allow-remote-paths" was defined
in Files.el, and it is no longer defined. (only reference to
allow-remote-paths is in paths.el
