I wouldn't bother creating toolbar icons. For better desktop integration
it is essential to use theme icons, with our existing vintage set as
fallback or for retro-nuts. Shouldn't be too difficult I gather. Has
anyone tried to link to libsvg, yet?
Should we ever switch to a modern toolkit, I guess we can rely on it to
take care of theme issues.
