EFS fixes

I've checked a new version of EFS into CVS. It has only one minor bugfix meant to correct the spurious CWD problem. I'd appreciate if people could test it before the next package release. Note that it doesn't matter a damn what architectures you run EFS *on*. It does matter what kind of ftp server you connect *to*. The more kinds the better.
