Depends how you define "work".
OK. "Work" means that the multi-line tooltip is shown in several
lines, like this:

| some tooltip text |
| second line |
-------------------
rather than:
---------------------------------
| some tooltip text X second line |
---------------------------------
Where X is some bogus char or glyph.
