Re: Sound Support on Solaris with 21.4.20; Was: [Success with a little effort] XEmacs 21.4.19

A couple years ago (!) someone gave me a patch that uses the current (post-SUNWaudmo) native Solaris audio API. It works fine on SPARC but not on x86 boxes. I suspect it's a byte-ordering issue, but I haven't had time to look at it. I hope to get to it next year, after I've updated the XEmacs MH-E and gnus packages.
