[Bug: xemacs-beta tip] decade-old version of texinfo.tex

Hey, I just noticed that there's a copy of texinfo.tex in the man/ directory that identifies itself as: \def\texinfoversion{1999-09-25.10} whereas the latest <http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/texinfo/doc/texinfo.tex?root=texinfo&a... is: \def\texinfoversion{2010-09-06.17} Considering that most TeX distributions probably have this file anyway, I would just suggest removing the file from the repository, and adding a note to man/README just in case there actually is a TeX distro without texinfo.tex.
