beta 11 on ttys: it works --- but...
1st of all, it is again usable on ttys, thank you!
but it looks like its behaviour is not what it used to be,
i find especially annoying how _often_ the screen is fully blanked
and then fully repainted... 21.4.12 was ways smoother on a 56k line
does anyone else see what i'm talking about?
