Problem is: In one working directory of mine cvs-update brings back
build-report.el when I move it out of the way.
In another, more recent working directory, it does not.
It may have to do with some incorrect merging on my part (see
Merge in build-report.el (-j r1-58 -j r1-57) to get it out of the Attic
in the log below).
I'm a bit lost.
