Oops. I thought this discussion started because someone pointed out the
documentation of zap-to-char indicated that the deletion was up to but not
including the character. This I thought should be fixed.
But now I see that the docstring is correct, at least in 20.4:
Kill up to and including ARG'th occurrence of CHAR.
Goes backward if ARG is negative; error if CHAR not found.
All I was trying to say is that if there is a disagreement between the code
and the documentation, in this case we should fix the documentation.
