Why not? *Comments should be placed with the code they refer to.*
Even if I did use todo.el, I would have most likely marked that code
with the _same_ comment (maybe in the form "ask jj if ..."), and put
"finish up autoload.el documentation" in todo, since there were a
number of such tasks remaining.
Along these lines, most #### comments are comments to oneself; many
make very little sense to anyone else. Should we prohibit them all,
and require use of todo.el or Gnus drafts instead?
Finally, why address it to Jerry? Because if I screw up, do nothing,
and it leaks, as it did, something useful happens when it catches
Jerry's eye. Yes, I actually do think that way. Is that wrong?
