XEmacs 21.5.b13

When I checked out CVS this morning (~ 11:30 -0400 UTC), the latest cvs (coming from the server as 21.5.b13) still had a version.sh showing 21.5.b12 (+CVS20030509). However, the Changelog has an entry from Steve Youngs dated 2003-05-10. Am I getting the correct recent CVS?
