We could communicate when we take on an issue.
I gave a bit notice that I was going to commit sh-script.el, but it
was probably too short.
Currently we all work in silent until we're done.
That's rather inefficient.
Sure, but for me it's very easy to roll a new version of a package.
If that were the only downside I wouldn't bother.
