What we are hoping to do is write our own elisp based interface to our Bugzilla that talks directly to the PostgreSQL db, completely bypassing the web interface. Obviously that falls down if the bug the user is trying to report is "SXEmacs always segfaults when I try to start it", or if they don't have (featurep 'postgresql). Under these circumstances the user would have to either use the web interface, or (if we can get it working) do it via email.
