I would agree that --with-mule should be default. It seems stable enough
these days, and doesn't give that much overhead on non-MULE files.

Perhaps --with-mule and --with-pdump. I don't think the others (e.g.,
--with-athena=3d) are necessarily going to please a large enough
segment of our users.
