Hello Meino, according to the docs of `bookmark-load' you are right -- XEmacs should load your bookmark-default-file for you. I can confirm for 1.0b67 that not bookmarks are available until I load the file manually via Edit->Bookmarks->Load a bookmark file. bookmark.el is now part of the edit-utils package, which is maintained by Author version: 21.0b63 1999-02-18: XEmacs Development Team <xemacs-beta(a)xemacs.org&gt; You may, however, (bookmark-load bookmark-default-file) in your .emacs file.
