We have nobody currently active who can/is willing to update the menubar translation. If you want an all-English menubar, starting xemacs with something like "LANG=C xemacs" will do the trick, although you may have trouble with other internationalization features in that case. If so, please let us know and we'll try to find a better way to solve that problem.
