Problems building 21.2 "Aglaia" on Solaris 2.5.1 (missing -Rlibdir)

I'm finally back in circulation and ran into some problems with the latest 21.2 release on Solaris 2.5.1. On my system, configure is only adding -Llibdir for the libraries in /usr/local and /usr/dt/lib, so can't find any of these libraries when it tries to run and/or install. I know we've had this discussion before, but is there any reason that it adds the -R flag for the openwin libraries, but not for other library directories that are specified/selected in the configure process?
