What I meant is that it happened from time to time that people were
complaining that package X didn't work. It was clear from the error
message that some package was missing. I then mentioned about the
Sumo tarball (which seemed to me an easy way to install the missing
packages without having to do trial and error).
It took a while to explain what Sumo is, but after that I think they
were happy.
The implication is that the Sumo tarball isn't advertised enough, I
think.
