To make the packages smoketest happy the menu manipulation in the
auto-autoloads should also be guarded against the menubar not being
present. The package smoketest binaries are built on a server with no
windows system so there is no menubar there.
I committed the minimalist patch to remove the autoloads.
I will cons up a patch to guard the menu manipulation code in the next
couple of days, but if you wanted to issue a new pre-release before
then, I wouldn't be offended. :-)
