exact same error starting the interpreter. I haven't yet tried on
WinNT. But the problem is not specific to Win98, it also occurs with
Win95.
As far as subprocs in general - XEmacs runs bash-2.0.1 beautifully,
and can run "grep" however "igrep" doesn't work, I get "end
of stream"
errors.
