batch-byte-compile problem

AFAIK XEmacs has no '-L' option. Try "-eval '(push "."
loadpath)'"
instead. If you try your original comment without the -batch, I bet
what you'll get is an XEmacs with an empty buffer "-L", a dired buffer
on cwd, and an error that batch-byte-compile doesn't work interactively.
