I have no problem with that, but before I do I'd like to see it
working (it doesn't on my system).
Doing 'Generate Build Configure' produces some lisp code in another
buffer (build-configure.el). Eval'ing that buffer[1] gives this
error:
'Symbol's function definition is void: character'
You can in fact continue on after that error, doing 'Customize Build
Configure' but there are some things missing from the configure.
Stuff like tty, sound, debugging, mule, and probably some that I can't
think of.
And doing 'Run XEmacs Configure' was producing some bizarre results,
basically, a lot of 'unrecognized option' errors.
I'd say that these last two problems (re 'Customize Build Configure'
and 'Run XEmacs Configure') are the result of the problem with
'build-configure.el'.
APA> It's currently a comm package but that's negociably, of course.
Wouldn't 'oa' (Productivity packages) be a more natural home for this
beast?
Footnotes:
[1] I'm presuming that is what you are supposed to do, the
documentation isn't clear on that.
