I think there should either be an Autoconf test or the fcntl and the
I_SETSIG method should be swapped in the #ifdef's
I suggest to swap temporarily the #ifdef's in the next release if no
autoconf test has been written till then. In the next week (sorry,
this one I'm extremly busy) I can write such a test by myself.
