FYI, XEmacs does have a viable (YMMV) and documented (in the obvious
place in the Lispref) solution for the kind of issues of hash table
serialization I've seen discussed on emacs-devel recently.
Shouldn't you have told the people in this thread about this first?
There would still have been enough time left for gloating over Emacs
afterwards, wouldn't it?
