If you start XEmacs with `-bg grey30 -fg white', the default toolbar
 comes up with the colors you'd expect, but the `whitespace-mode'
 toolbar button, which enters the toolbar later, is the same color it
 is with default XEmacs colors.  I found that the Info toolbar does
 the same thing; its buttons are not white on grey30 as they should
 be, but are default colors.
