(Fwd) func-mode

Hello out there, I have some problems with the func-mode together with AUCTeX. When I put: (add-hook 'find-file-hooks 'fume-setup-buffer) in my init.el, the key bindings of AUCTeX for LaTeX mode don't work. (I use the current stabil xemacs for win32) Do you have an idea?
