Yes. Pick up the new version from
http://ftp.xemacs.org/windows/setup.exe
Don't know if has been addressed in that particular version, but I know the
setup.exe for 21.1.13 created the desk top icon wrong. It put "/" where it
should put "\" for the paths under the Native Windows version in the icons
properities. There may also be a problem with the path length if you install
to what Native version wants to use as the default location. Your limited to
128 charcaters in windoze.
After fixing that problem by editing the icon's properties it ran just fine
as a full install on my machine here at home where I have 160 megs of ram.
If I try to run exactly the same set up on my machine at work where there is
only 64 megs of RAM it always told me it was out of some kind of resource
when loading the .emacs file (the file copied form my home machine where it
worked fine). Finnaly gave up on Xemacs on that particular machine after
days of playing with it and switched to JED, in emacs mode.
